Did you not warn them before the flight that you had a sever nut allergy? If so then if be pushing for more than the £200 refund!

I'm not much of a BA fan. Lufthansa are miles better and I agree with the comment about preferring Emirates on long-haul.

I only stand in the queue when it's free seating - now both EasyJet & Ryanair let you book a seat, there's no longer a need.
