Thinking of upgrading my OEM 19" alloys for a set of 20" 10 spoke 2010 AB alloys 255/50/20. Looking at a take off set on eBay (3 with Perelli Scorpion zero 7mm of tread) up for £1250... Three quick questions...

1) what's the ride like compared to 19" ?
2) Will they fit straight on without fuss?
3) Is this a reasonable price?

Have those wheels they are afaik style 11.

The ride is negligibley different from 19", fractionally harsher but really not all that noticeable.

What MY is your car, if you have an early car you will need the latter
Wheel nuts, otherwise they will go straight on.

Message Dan at duckworths to see if he has any sets as i got mine from him for 1k with spanking tyres.

Edit: just seen your my in the sig, they will fit with tour current nuts. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Yes these fit straight onto yours no problem. You won't need new nuts, just bolt on.

As far as the ride is concerned you'll notice it feels a little more 'direct' and perky via the steering, thanks to the slightly lower profile tyre and you'll not regret it.

I've just bought an Autobiography that has these on and they seem a good wheel.  Discovery 4 HSE

My car came with 20", so I haven't driven the 19". The ride with the 20s has been EXCELLENT. Quiet, comfortable and controllable.

The only downside is you'll miss the extra inch of rubber between your nice, expensive alloys and rocks if you're doing serious offroading. As long as you're not rock crawling, you'll be fine.

I can't comment on UK prices, though.

What 19" ones do you have? I might do a swap.
