Ooooooo.

Have had a metabo orbital sander for a while now but,

Just looked in my sander box and found:

1 x velcro polishing foam
1 x velcro polishing fluffy bit.

Have just run down one side of the car with it and my bottle of ultra deep shine and it looks good!

Unfortunately every time i need to use it i will have to get my 110v trannie out!

Will endeavour to do the rest of the car tomorrow. But results are promising. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

You have a transvestite who needs 110 volts to get started? Shocked

BTW, that's how all detailers used to work in the days when the Porter Cable was the only available machine. Thankfully now we have the Makita which comes in 240v flavour. Those site transformers weigh more than the car.

The sander has really never been used as such, as we subby all that work out, so its pretty much brand new even though its a couple of years old.

Completely forgot about the polishing kit. Looking at the patterns it makes its more of a da than an orbital Thumbs Up There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

HAHA!

Yes I bought the Porter Cable and the 110V transformer and extension leads, at my old house it used to blow the circuit on the garage. Brilliant!

No point me buying the Meguiars or Makita one as mine still works fine. I will be attacking the SC AB soon. Discovery 4 HSE
