The RR I bought only 4 months ago has to go, the original plan was to keep it and take it to Australia next year, however plans have changed abd Australia is going to be less than a year before we go hence I can't take the car (need to own it for a year) gutted as would have made around $12000.

It's not changed much, clear side repeaters, colour coded headlight lens and grille, original plastic boot tray (on top of mint rubber mat), another 1000 or so miles, need to check exactly and an inspection 2 service. I have just bought 6 months tax and it needs 2 tyres for the Mot due in August which I can get done.

Looking for £10,000 if anyone is interested before I put it on eBay and autotrader.

Does an asking price of £10,295 seem reasonable, looking at what else is on offer on Autotrader it seems on the lower sider which is fine as the quicker its sorted the better for me

Thing for me would be that it would not lose any value when its over there for a year or two and you get to carry on driving it not worrying about depreciation for that bit longer

Also a good chance to load it with some bulky parts that people out there would want

Has anyone sold their RR on Autotrader?, mine was on for £10295 and only a single call (well apart from the man who worked in the Navy and wanted to pay by Paypal and get someone to collect it....yeah likely story, and then Paypal do a chargeback and you have no car and no money!)

Parkers value this car around £11k in average condition which is what I would say at minimum, the one call I got they were interested until they messed up the air suspension and it wouldn't rise, I got it sorted in the end - think by reset using the steering wheel full lock method. Lowered the price to £9995 and had another call today but he needs to sell his car first.

On Autotrader, there is mine and one other 2005 within 80 miles, both are priced at £9995, all other RRs around this price are 2002-2004 models. Is £9995 that unrealistic, when I bought this car less than 5 months ago everyone who posted on that thread thought £11k was a good price, since then it has done 2500 more miles but had an Inspection 2 service and a new MOT plus another 6 months tax on it, 2 newer tyres (both Pirelli Scorpions with 5.5mm tread) and I'm asking £1K less

It's summer so soft tops not big 4x4 are "in" can you give it a couple of months? Mine was a blue one!

Thanks Andy, yeah I knew 4x4 wouldn't be as popular in summer but at the price I'm offering I thought I would have had more interest. I can keep it early next year if needed but just want to move it on asap to reduce the depreciation
