Mirror glass for 04 with integrated convex / blind spot ?

Hi, does anyone know of a source for replacement mirror glass for an 04 that has an integral blind spot bit, but is also heated AND electrochromatic? I currently have the aftermarket circular things stuck on my mirrors and I hate the look of them!!

Nope. Can find them convex and heated, but not with dimming....
