retro fit adaptive cruise control

Is it possible to retro fit an adaptive cruise control on a RR TDV8 4.4?
Are all connection cables in place and do I need a systems correction? 2017 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 silicon silver
2011 Defender 90 2.4 TDCI Nara Exclusive
