And I'm reasonably sure that memory serves me correctly when I say that prior to "that post" we never had a swear filter on FFRR. Martin might be able to confirm is this was pure coincidence or not.

It truly was a bad time for me though, trying to get round all that useless hamstringing technology. I was close to killing people some days.

Yeah, I had a fingerprint reader on a 2003 IPAQ, some 10 years ago. Not exactly new then is it. Oh and 700 quid. Now that IS funny.
