Would this by chance be for subscribing to one of these sheepish dating sites or is it for 'afterwards'

If you get it sorted I'd be interested what you think. I do lots of *cough* hero stuff and keep planning to get one.

a lot of people dont appreciate that you need a lot of pc to edit gopro
are you running the edit software on a modernish machine with good fast chip and say 8gb ram?

I bought a Hero 3 Black and had a similar issue - it was basically down to using a crappy old PC - it wouldn't even play video from the GoPro recorded in HD.

I bought myself a Mac and it plays & edits them just fine.

Quite an expensive solution, but I'm very pleased with it.

What spec PC have you got & what are you trying to edit with ?

yes if you get white screen when you go to step 2 it willbe your pc, i have several go pros and have the black 3 as well, as mentioned they have released version 2 of the studio V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

can't remember spec of laptop but is 18months old

Might just be worth checking the specs of your machine against these:

It doesnt look that intensive, 2gb ram min and core2 cpu min but worth ruling out unless you can try on another machine ? 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB
