Egr coolers

Has anyone heard of egr coolers going wrong and what are the symptoms .

havent seen them gone a lot on FF more on discovery3/RRS

Car slowly looses coolant thats it no other symptoms

My car still at stealers rang them they said they still working on it said egr cooler might be bad.

TDV8 EGRs both sides are at most 2/3h job with coffee and biscuits Thumbs Up
