Hi - just to say you can remove that entire armature as that is supplied by Westfalia when fitting their detachable towbar.

I had fitted the tow bar armature to my last FFRR (2006 TD6) and happen to have the two brackets that were originally fitted to the car. They incorporate the exhaust hangers and the towing eye. If anyone wants them, they are welcome to have FOC if they can sort out collection/courier from Larne in Nor'n Ireland.

Thanks. But mine does not look like this to start with. I have the Westfalia P/N 323 070 600 003. There is no where to recive the tow bar. Do I need to change the armature? I will try to add a picture again |
