Changing rear parking sensor loom L322

Hi guys

Had some advice from some of the members a while ago about the rear parking sensors.

I took the bumper off the back to change the loom but found there was a small round hole where the wire lead to and could not get to the source of where the loom was plugged in.

All 4 rear sensors are clicking but still getting a flat line sound when reverse gear engages so the loom is what the lads said is most likely the problem.

If anyone can advise instructions or advice on how to change the loom on the rear it would be much appreciated

Thanks!

it may be a fault in your front sensors if all 4 rears are clicking ok?

The plug should be easily accessible when you slide the bumper back. It's on the right hand side and is way too big to fit through the hole into the body. My Previous RR's!

When you select reverse, what is the light on the switch doing? Is it flashing or does the light remain on?

Hi guys

Thanks for the replies

When I took the bumper off, I followed the loom up to the point where there was a small hole and I just couldn't get access to get the old one out and couldn't see where it finished (i.e. where that scart like end is on the loom)

Regarding when reverse is selected - it's a solid orange (doesn't flash) and a solid tone sound

Thanks
