Top Gear 04/07

Clarkson and the other 2 have just slated the design of the 2010, all 3 said bring back the old design.

United Kingdom 2019 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Santorini Black

Not watched it yet but if they were any more Pro Range Rover it would be embarassing, perhaps the BBC told them to level the playing field a bit.

In the last series they loved the 2010MY and voted it car of the decade (almost).

I won't take too much notice of the comments, especially as I have the old shape! Rolling with laughter Discovery 4 HSE

The "Range Rooney" bit made me laugh. I agree, even though I'd happily get one if I had that much disposable cash.

The older shape one seems to be trying less hard to be bling and keep up with other cars in terms of LEDs and fancy headlights.

Like most people though I prefer what I have because I am familiar with it.

2003 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Java Black

I thought it was strange they gave it so much stick as they rave so much about the RR.

Personally i like the new 2010 RR, But my favourite is the 2006 facelift front end. TDV8 HST Sport **Current**

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Corris Grey

I like the new RR, but agreed with TG about the LED lights. I really don't like them. I first saw them on the Audi A5 and they looked like something you would do to bling the car up. I know running lights are soon to be a legal requirement on all new cars, but I would have preferred them to have stuck with the original side lights. My reckoning is that if you need all those bright LEDs to spot a car in the first place in the daytime, then you've already got a problem and the LEDs aren't going to help. They'll be putting lighting strips on the underside of the car next then maybe little lights in the washer nozzles!! Hmmm. Steve
