They are screwed on with hidden torx screws |

Look where they screw on the rear of the new ones and work backwards from there... Can't be anymore help without one in front of me, I'm away this weekend without mine so I cannot look... |

It doesn't go down any further due to the shape of the door .

Oh well... Not sure how I'm getting it off unless I stick a brick through the window (which isn't happening) or disassembling the full door! Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White
