Yes trommel I did and I do... Did you read how many of them said 11.5 too? I am not arguing this for fun!!! I was at factory when we were introduced to the 11.5MY on a tour and again 3 weeks later stood In Stratstones in Cheltenham as they unloaded their first stocks and I had a nosey pre their release in March April time...
The argument ref Gary and the infernal grills is linked ish they were too released at the same time but only on the SC AB models hence the Vogue and VSE only had the "non Noble plated" painted (silver or Jupiter) grille without the bars... He is arguing the AB SC grille was a standard fit from day one of the black lights upgrade release. Which is simply wrong!

I will happily apologise when I am wrong and have done several times on this forum! Earlier comments duly noted

The changes were made for the 12MY and not 11.5MY. Every document, price list and press release confirms this. I can confirm that a car delivered in July 2011 as an 11.5MY does not have these changes.

If you have contacts at Land Rover I'm sure they can confirm.

On the point of the newer grille I have never seen an older Jupiter 5 bar style grille on any 2012MY "black" look factory/unmodified car. I understand you are saying that you think they were fitted to Vogue/Vogue SE 2012MY between launch and April 2012 when Westminster was launched to replace Vogue/Vogue SE (http://www.landrover.com/content/gb/en/pdf...12_GWS.pdf) but I have never seen this on JLR documentation or on any car on the road or advertised.

You really pick some bad examples

This has covered 26753 miles and has clearly had the grille changed to get a "Darker" look. Part of theme don't you think it not exactly a factory looking example.

It takes seconds to clip in a Grille and its much easier to buy a used item in the right colour than paint the original. Especially as 99% of peeps have idea there is any difference between the 5-bar or newer 3-bar.

Ebay adverts only show individual cars possible modified not the MY spec of the car.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear Gary... Well you go and do your own homework/research etc etc etc

Look at 2011 2012 non SC AB Westminster care i.e. V & VSE cars then it will all become clear... All were fitted with the grill above! FACT! Whilst your at it Gary. Find out what a "Jupiter Grille" is? I think you will find it is what is shown in the last image i have listed (the one you say has been changed on that 2012 car) A much darker finished mesh colour (the same as the mesh in the side vents on the one above too) Then when you have satisfied yourself its the darker colour... Look at what model it was introduced on...

I rest my case...
