It is available as a seperate part but comes attached to the heat exchanger and only from webasto retailers not from LR.
However IIRC its not a standard one, its a special 'k-bus' one which means the standard ecu (or PCB as its referred to as) may not work correctly.
There is apparently a relatively simple DIY fix available tho that involves re-soldering 3 resistors that become damaged by a slightly acidic compound near the capacitors - I will hopefully be doing mine over Christmas.
Alternatively there is a guy in France that repairs them for a small charge.
