Are you happy with your Michelin Latitude Diamaris's??

My 2011 SC came with the Michelin Latitude Diamaris's. I notice they wear pretty quickly.
I haven't really found a suitable replacement (they are expensive) with the "Y" speed rating.
How are yours holding up? Any thoughts on alternates? Thx! Mike

I like mine & seem to get very good mileage from them - have been running them for years - not sure exactly, but must be over 20k to a set.

I only run them in the summer - Vreds for the winter

I have them on mine and ran them from march until now plus march to december last year as well.

they are still fine with a good 5mm of tread all over. I have covered about 20,000 since i have had the car and about 15,000 of that was on the michelins. So pretty good wear.

It may be worth having your car aligned properly, all 4 wheels as you may find its the car not the tyres which are causing the rapid wear. Thumbs Up

A "Y" speed rating is not totally necessary for the FFRR as that equates to 186mph! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I had them on my old '02 and was very impressed with them.

The only thing that caught me out was a lack of lateral grip in snow, but that's hardly surprising and it's not a complaint.

I'd definitely buy them again. Si. <This is my name.

For lateral grip in snow, it is the Michelin Latitude Alpin you need as the Diamaris are only all-season tyres.

If you are in Sun Valley, probably best to go with the Vredestein Wintrac 4 Xtreme. Just switched my diamaris out for theVrede and could not be happier with them. 2015 RR Supercharged - Aintree Green
