Intermittent front windscreen viper fault

Merry Christmas, guys.

This has happened three times the last weeks. During driving the front vipers have suddenly stopped working. Stopping the car and starting again did not help, but when I pulled the fuse and put it back in, they worked as normal again.

Does this indicate a relay fault, or a control unit, or the motor itself? Any opinions are highly appreciated. Tanks. ----------
