Another size question!!

After faffing about getting my beloved ready for her re test on Hogmany I realised that the 2 front tyres I had bought months ago off eBay were the wrong size! My current tyres were 255 50 19 but the 2 I had acquired for the front were 255 55 19!! After a frantic scramble I rembered about a guy on Gumtree selling 2 identical alloys to mine with the 55 tyres on them for £60!! Purchased them and I'm now running near new 255 55 19 goodyear wranglers all round!!! My question is will the bigger profile affect anything? I personally find it a more comfortable ride.

I've got a set of sport s/c wheels ready for a refurb with 275 45 20 tyres ready to go on.
Would love to swap them for a set of super 7's though!!
