I sent a payment for Navcoder but I can't find any record of it in my Paypal history. I haven't got any email confirmation either.

its not gone through...shortly after you pay, you will receive an email of confirmation from paypal, you can also double check the transaction on your paypal account.... |

That's unusual. I paid on the 5th November. He sent me a registration code so I assumed payment had gone? |

The payment was for the software on his site. You can download it but only a trial version. To upgrade to full you pay €25 which I did. |

you could also check the credit card or bank details you have associated with paypal.. |

I changed bank accounts in December so I can't see the old statement online anymore. I'll have to ring the bank.

Well I called the bank and the payment had gone out. I queried why it wasn't showing up in my paypal account and they said the seller must use Paypal as a merchant bank so it wouldn't show up in the normal way.

Yes, but I would have preferred PayPal to refund me. Its not the banks fault.
