Found both part numbers now, thanks everyone. After 2 days searching interweb it was by the weirdest totally unconnected search words  2005 Range Rover Vogue with Supercharged Accessories

Part numbers as follows

AWR4375PUY is the hook part

LR004797 is the hook retainer
