MY11 Rear View Camera

Just had a brand new Jag XK for a few days and one of the things I noticed was that the rear camera was crystal clear day and night.

My FFRR camera on the other hand, whilst fine for day night is rubbish at night. I've searched the forum and found various threads on upgrading the camera to older models, but has anyone found a better resolution camera that works as a straight swap to the MY11 cars? Or is the screen the limiting factor? MY11 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - "African Queen"

i suppose you could replace the OE camera with a hd aftermarket jobby and/or replace the reverse bulbs with brighter leds..

Does yours have a fixed camera or the 'moving parking lines' camera? If the latter then maybe harder to replace... Confused

That will be relatively easy then as your plug has the standard + - & two coax wires Thumbs Up
