Ok, so it's cover the trailered car's number plate, not the car. Fair enough. Thumbs Up

The trailer comes with a built in winch and 4 straps. I am taking a friend with me who used to work full time as a recovery guy. He used to take photos of all the vehicles as they were being winched onto his truck. I've seen some... Pretty shocking.
I never thought about covering the number plate, good tip, cheers. Previously..

this can happen if you go too fast on the way home. remember, its 50 max when towing. take it easy.

Yep - I know mine can start to snake when heavily loaded and I really stick to the 50mph limit. I will admit when it's empty I sometimes go a little faster.

We have a caravan... Shocked before the FF we bought a discovery 2 tractor. it was the ES version, and we got it for the active suspension, which hydraulically counterbalances the bodyroll, during snaking etc, and like this disco4 tractor does. m if needed, a lane change would be okay in an emergency etc. we never needed it knowingly, but I think the new rangie has this now.

something else to go wrong! Rolling Eyes

Made it home..... The guy that had the trailer said he would get the car in Aberdeen and bring it back to Fife for £120. I think it would have cost me £70 in fuel, so a good deal I think.
