other than a dealer visit is there a diy way of activating the drl function...mines a 05 touch screen head unit ...i dont know whether the stuff in the back is bmw or not but its got landrover labels all on it....

apparently the day time running lights can be turned on via a diagnostic program which makes the main beam light come on at a reduced brightness when you switch on the ignition...the light go out when you put the normal side/head lights on...

hi the day time lights are a function of the light control unit, yes it can be done by your self if your system is the bmw system and then you would use navcoder. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

its frustrating not knowing what system i have cos theres no obvious markings for bmw or ford...
