What speed am I doing?

I have 275 45's on my 20" stormers. Am I driving faster or slower than the shown speedo reading with these tyres?

When I change the tyres to 275 55 r20's am I going faster or slower than the shown speedo reading.

Thank you. Travelling around in circles again.
