Need help with drivers door mirror problem

Hi guys, my 2010 FF drivers door mirror suddently started to raise itself when I put it i R, the passenger side still works as it should meaning it bows down like the other one used to do aswell.
Any hints or tips to solve this problem is more than welcome Thumbs Up
