My 2010 TDV8 Nara bronze

Hi, great forum!
Thought I'd share some pics of my recently bought FF.
I love it Very Happy










Mods done so far are: OE sidsteps, 5x rubbermats, LED DRL (Fog repl) Tints, loadspace cover + net.
Black inlay lights and AB grill + SC sidevents are next along with black everything Smile 2010MY TDV8 Vogue Nara bronze / Arabica, Ivory. VW Amarok 2013 180 auto

Nice colour. I once saw an M5 in Dubai that was a similar colour. It was a stunner in the sunshine. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

these cars don't need any snow plow Wink

As for living with this amount of snow, it's fun for a few days then you get bored with it, luckily this is not my permanent home but our family mountain cabin in Norway.

I saw one yesterday whilst at Overfinch Leeds, and it looks even better in the flesh....however the one I saw was stripped down to the bear bones as it had just been given a complete respray from a light silver to Bronze and had undergone a 2004 to 2012 conversion and was awaiting a new SC engine, full interior re-trim, media and electronics

Apparently the work would be in excess of £40k+vat Shocked

When I asked "why would you bother, when you can buy a 2012 for not much more? the answer came back clear. The owner had exported his 3 x 2004 FFRR's from bangladesh into the UK for the work and then will be re-importing them back duty free.

If he'd have bought 3 new (or used) cars to register in bangladesh, the import duty / first registraion fees would be 900%....thats a million quid for a new L405. Big Cry And we whing about tax...jeeze

Hi, Here is a few new pics, 80% done with ext modding now just 2012 black head lights, black bonnet cover, black rear bumper protector, blackout sidesteps, brake refurb, and tints on DRL fogs to go Wink

Mods done are; 2012 Rear lights from Dan Thumbs Up Door handle covers, Led fogs DRL, black lettering etc, 22" with 305/40 cooper ATs, OE sidesteps, tinted fender indicators, AB grill and SC style side vents, most of these items has been painted to get real glossy effect not the semi gloss you get from LR.

Maybe not for everyone but I like it Very Happy

The all black grill make it look like a mouth with no teeth .... other that its okay , also like the air ventilator on the roof in the last pic ... Laughing Wink
