what about deleting the software, re installing and it should ask for your email and activation code.. ... - .- -.

I was re-installing after I had a problem, entered the validation code but nothing happened, then one time it just took the code for apparently no reason. |

I sold my allComms as I was getting poor responses from Storey. IID Tool for me now! |

Turns out it is something wrong with my XP machine, I tried out installation and activation on wife's W8 laptop and the activation screen popped up immediately and activated with the key.
