Finally found the name for the dull chrome/satin aluminium finish used on the plastic interior parts. It looks like a very fine metallic silver with a high gloss coat.

If anyone knows where to source the actual paint or something very similar please let me know. I'm trying to mod some interior plastic trim. Tom

I'd try a car paint place if you can find the code they can make it or alternatively you could always buy or borrow a trim piece and get them to do a match Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White

You will not find the same thing as this is not simply paint and laquer, this is more like a sprayed on metal based material then covered in clear resin.

Interested on seeing if one can match it though  l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

I have some Liquid Chrome spray paint that I might try, the results are meant to be better than shop bought stuff and in theory you can clear coat it. In the US MirraChrome seems to be another paint for interior trim with a high chrome content.

International Colours in the UK is selling the liquid chrome spray can and also a ghost chrome for a spray gun that it says matches Ford motors interior trim which could well be the same as the Noble in the L322s.

Once I have tried it out I will show pics, good or bad.... Just waiting for the warmer weather. Tom
