Every time i am out and about a message flashes up on the dash ( ping ) 4 degrees , always bloody 4 degrees never 3 degrees nor 2 degrees , always ( ping ) 4 degrees does this happen to anyone else , beginning to think the friggin brain in the car only recognise's ( ping ) 4 bloody degrees ............ |

The geniuses at LR think this temperature triggers all sorts of natural dangers that you must be warned of... Would love to shut it as it always scares me, I think some fault is signalled.... |

My problem is that it's the same "Ping" sound as the speed warning, so driving along when the temp drops always has me quickly glancing at the speedo, assuming the speed has crept up again.
