Portugal 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Buckingham Blue
Hybrid Tv Tuner

I saw on ebay some guys selling something called Hybid Tv Tuner, which should work with the touchscreen systems.

My car is one of those but it has already the Tv module installed, with digital capabilities.
Problem is, it doesn't read Mpeg4, meaning in Portugal I have no TV.

Does one opf those systems read mpeg4?
is it simple to have it installed?

the FF hybrid tuner will only receive mpeg2, have a read of this thread,
