So both Turtle Wax Tyre and Trim Gel and Autoglym Bumper and Trim Gel cost the same but the Turtle Wax stuff is a 500ml bottle vs 325ml for the Autoglym.

So my tight arse radar tells me to go for the Turtle Wax stuff. Rolling with laughter

Turtle Wax is better than AG... First started using AG 20 odd years ago... Never liked using it... TW is no chore and trust me, when you use it, you will 'get the gig'.

Thumbs Up

I've just bought some Plasticare Black Trim Dye from Ebay as recommended by others on the detailing world forum. There are plenty of before and after photos of its effectiveness.

I got fed up of applying all sorts of trim dressings only to find that when they wear off you are back to a dull grey looking windscreen scuttle, hence the purchase of the trim dye.

I'm going to use it on the windscreen scuttle next time I do a full detail on the car. I'll post some before and after photos when I do it. Travelling around in circles again.
