A to Z LPG AtoZ Highly Recommend for LPG

I really cant stop saying how great the service is by Warren at AtoZ LPG, it used to be captial autogas but Warren is now doing it on his own (well has been for a while now).

When my car was converted over 2 years ago it was done by Warren as Captial Autogas 2 years on and he is still looking after me, whilst the install was within its warranty period it was identified by Warren i had a faulty sender unit for LPG readings etc

Warren kept my Warranty although he was no longer the same company etc and changed out the parts with no issues and really went the extra mile changing valves etc to ensure the car was tip top although this was identified last year ive only just got round to getting back into him and again no issues etc

Warren is a top bloke and really knows his onions when it comes to the LPG conversions

Top bloke really cant recommend him enough

Neil

What system did you have fitted and how much if you don't mind me asking. Seen lots of nice V8s for sale for good prices inc the one on here in France but was wondering whether to buy another already converted or get one to convert.

LPG = tax efficiency

My new baby goes into A-Z on Monday, I already run a 5 litre merc on LPG and will never get bored of £25 for 200 miles with a lead foot. Warren only uses BRC which I have on Merc and trust implicitly. Over the phone sounded like he knew the sc engine and it's LPG problems. Only problem now is finding a hiding place for filler. Current:

Since the license plate is not an option for hiding the filler, I suggest underneath the rear bumper. I drove a lot of LPG cars over time and with a good cover underneath the car is fine. Do make sure it is far enough up that with offroading you don't have an issue. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Warren put mine by my detachable tow bar which isnt noticeable ive also seen him weld a bracket onto the rear tow loop for the filler.

Mine's at the back under the bumper, but the problem is when you fill up, it looks like you're trying to squirt it back up the exhaust pipe... Tym

If it sticks, force it. If it breaks, it needs replacing anyway.

Here's mine. Warren at A-Z did a cracking job and you can hardly see it when the cap is on, its the black square box to the left of the exhaust. Easy to get to with the pump and high enough not to get caught when I take it off road.

Getting 244 miles to 75 litres of lpg on motorway at average speed of 75mph and average price of 65p a litre so very happy given the car's weight and power. In a recent trip to Dundee from London found a place called The Gas Station in South Birmingham selling lpg for 55p a litre Mr. Green

Off to Brittany in July for a week so actively hunting lpg stations off the French Motorways near where I will be staying. Current:

That is very neat and tidy. There were a few things that put me off going LPG with mine and one was they wanted to put a huge great filling valve on the side if the car. Shocked

Shocked really? Wow. That's about 26 miles per gallon of LPG. Very good. Which Merc is it? I'm hankering after yet another CL500... Whistle Graham

Yes. I also think the same thing whenever I read the "decided to drive to France/Spain/Portugal/LeMans for the weekend" threads. Big Cry
