Well here's my attempt at updating my old 2004 TD6.
Still a way to go like side step inserts replaced, back bumper blown over, heater controls updated. Would love to hear of anything else you guys recon I can do?!?!

C Pillar removal is a bit too far. But heater controls, silver steering wheel spokes, BMW Mk4 sat nav, and the damage steps repaired. Accept, some days your the pigeon, some days your the statue!

I'm no expert on UK number plates, but yours seem to have a different font.

Plod will pull you for displaying the wrong font on your plates. Fines and points can be dished out...you have been warned

When I first opened this thread and looked at the first picture I thought Gold
but with the facelift I really like the colour
really smart and great job

Put on a brand new soft nappa leather steering wheel.

Comes with the silver spokes.

It'll tranform how it feels, as you have that Land Rover part in your hand (s) all the time you are in the car......

Except of course whilst you are eating a sandwich whilst balancing a can of coke between your legs, passing a bag of sweets to the kids whilst watching tv shouting at the dog opening the sunroof and adjusting the climate and the phone goes......only joking.....

I agree on the gold. Its a bit like Marmite i think, but im definately into it with that front on it. To be honest it got me £500 off the buying price as i explained to the guy i didnt like it as it was, but i thought with the front on it , it would look nice, so got the price dropped.

Alot of work and help from others has got it looking like that, so its just the last few bits i want to finish it off. So any suggestions would be awesome.

Loving the look of the Nappa Steering wheel! To be honest, from the start ive said the one i have is a lot thinner than my old P38 and feels a bit "Tractor ish!" , from comments on your post these are thicker.

So would these look like the right type for a 2010 ish, or are these just an upgrade thats good? I'll have to get a price.

Yeah number plates arnt standard font. When the car starts getting used i'll get them changed, but its only really sitting on the drive at the moment. These were plates i had on an old CLK.

I really wanted to loose the side steps and mudflaps, but now ive heard it leaves holes it may be too much of a pain! Accept, some days your the pigeon, some days your the statue!

The soft nappa wheel is a genuine 2012 Land Rover item.

Its what the 2012 cars had new.......
