I took it to the garage and they put it on the computer which showed code P132E turbo boost control B performance. They cleared the fault and it has only come back once in the last month. When I googled the fault code mine appears to be the turbo actuator which was sticking and apparently they can be sprayed with wd40 or similar to help.
