I am having the gearbox flushed and freshly oiled in prep for a 1500mile journey through france. Quite a number of folks have commented "have you checked the gearbox update is installed"...

Any techie's that could explain what/where/how and when I get this checked/sorted would be appreciated Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

when you make an attempt to re flash SDD will tell you if an update is available

did mine at the dealer for about £30 ish...... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

smooths out the changes, slightly, though if you are not having a specific problem i wouldn't bother tbh. The box will feel better after a fluids change in any case.  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
