2010 MY headrest removal

Anyone know how to remove and refit the headrest on a 2010 model year Fatty?
Have a mount that needs to slip onto the vertical tube... 2010 FFRR VOGUE TDV8 Stornoway Grey - Current
2008 RRS HSE TDV6 Zermatt Silver - 163k - Gone...
