Could never get it to work in either of my Sports and the version in the FFRR doesn't like my accent either, it's a waste of time 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes |

You need to speak the Queens English. Then it gets about 90% of what you say. |

It is appalling - I only use mine for two commands (phone dial number, screen off) and I seem to be getting the hang of these now (after 6 months) - dial number still needs 3 goes. I find the main issue being caused by road/background noise as it works well when stationary - so, about as useful as the ubiquitous chocolate tea-pot then.

Has anyone sat through the audio tutorial? It's quite amusing |

I think it is best to set the voice commands when in motion, or at least with the engine running, as it will take into account other noise. |
