L322 TDV8 Engine Oil Change

A simple solution to the issue of the oil draining from the forward most sump plug aperture all over the sub-frame and floor is to use a short length of 1/2 round UPVC guttering (or similar) to direct the oil into the drain container.

The sump plug can be removed with the drain aid in place further reducing risk of spillage..
