Hi mr mod man! great site and have enjoyed the banter for a year or so. trying to PM Discocuzzy but emails sit in outbox and don't appear to have been sent. Any ideas why? Many thanks

They will sit in your outbox until they are opened by the recipient.
It is normal on all forums that use this software, you can also edit the PM before it is read.

I too have a problem with PM's on here. Even though I have have all the right boxes checked, unlike Martin's other forums, on this one when I come to the forum I don't get new messages opening in a separate window in the top left of the screen - on RRSport, Freely2 and Disco3 new messages are all displayed in a separate window when I log in. I do get email notification that a new message has arrived 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Sounds like a popup blocker Tim - what browser are you using?

Firefox Martin, but it allows RRSport/D3 and Freel2 message pop-ups to show....................
I've just gone into the Tools section and typed in the forum address into the "Allow" window of the pop-up blocker and will see if that helps 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Check if there's an exception for fullfatrr.com in the Allowed site window.

Tools > Options > Content tab > topmost Exceptions... button

Pop ups are controlled in two places:

  • From the profile setting Pop up window on new Private Message
  • From your browser, which may well be blocking pop ups - instructions to enable vary between browsers

I have no control over the second unfortunately Sad
