So, I used to be a water skier but pretty much gave up when the fun police closed Windermere. I was wondering though if there are still any places where you can still actually use a ski boat but without having to join one of those cliqué clubs just to use a poxy gravel pit.

I did think about the lakes in Mid Wales but can't find much information about them. Oh and it's a long drive to Loch Lomond. I just can't think of any others so any ideas from the members on here? Somewhere in the Midlands would be nice.
