In-line fuel filter/breather

Hi all

Is this right having an inline fuel filter attached to what I expect is a breather pipe? Also is the disconnected plug obsolete?

Am gonna do a service the weekend and finally get round to fitting a crankcase breather as advised when I first got car. Am I right in saying part number 11127799367 £20 on eBay is correct?
Will also upgrade to K&N filter I think.

Cheers

Everything is as it should be. Thumbs Up
The "spare "plug is for either an fuel temp sensor or an fuel cooler fan as used in hot climates.
