I used IID tool to upgrade my software, no code now required, phone book shows, plus incoming calls show contacts if they are in the book. easy to do if you have IID. SC 4.2, 2012 face lifted, 25K miles, 1 previous owner

Very pleased with my new unit and no IID tool for me so much easier to get one that is done and plug and play. Plus I can't mess up something if I try and do it myself.

thanks Alex
