Possibly the heater control valves, which divert the coolant into the heater matrix, but for both of them not to work would be unlikely. They tend to be tucked down between the inner wing and the engine on the passenger side of the engine bay. The fact that both sides of the car are cold possibly more electrical. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

mine had the same a while back - very slow to open the airflow on pressing the 3 directional buttons (feet/face etc).

I have tried all of the above but still got no heating. Guess I am going to have to get at these flaps and make sure they are not stuck.
