| Weegie Member Since: 09 Jun 2014 Location: East Sussex Posts: 3277      | I believe you have to do a firmware upgrade.  I had the same symptoms and did a firmware upgrade using my iiD tool.  Phone now is recognised and phonebook available on screen.
