Stupid Question Alert!!!

Ok, so I've just been and had a new rear offside tyre fitted and had all four wheels realligned at the same time (they were all going in different directions apparently) On the drive home I noticed that to go in a straight line I have to turn the steering wheel very slightly to the right. No idea as to whether this is normal or whether it was doing it before (if it was I hadn't noticed) Is there something wrong or am I being a bit dense?

road camber going towards the kerb would cause that...try a drive on a dual carriageway or motorway. ... - .- -.

That's where I noticed it. Its not much but definitely have to have the wheel slightly right to compensate for the camber

in theory ,if you drive on the continent then you would have to turn the steering slightly left to compensate for their camber.. ... - .- -.

I thought the steering was supposed to be set to compensate?

but if you compensated for our camber then it would be out further over in europe..

as said, try it on the motorway and it should track straight.. ... - .- -.

If your tyres have scrubbed a bit then give them 50 miles or so to settle in Thumbs Up

That's the way I like it, I know its unusual to see a range rover actually used in the countryside Laughing anyway I called the tire centre and they said it shouldn't be doing it so I need to take it back in Rolling Eyes
