It's not just on the ffrr that these cause problems, have just had to strip down the rear brakes on swmbos skoda as she turned up with a red hot rear disc!

Slightly different design in that they have a built in handbrake mechanism, but still the same cr Censored ppy anti rattle springs and corroded carrier. Seems ok after a bit of fettling!

Yet again it was a problem where the carrier rusts and grips the pads in position, which is what happened on the ff. worth noting as a first point of call when looking at a binding read brake on the ff There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Same thing happened on my wife's V70 Volvo and the Swedish car specialist told me he had never seen it before , no salt see .
Every body's brakes just stay nice and shinny Evil or Very Mad ( we imported her car as well and he just couldn't believe the rust ) 2008 MY Supercharged
