We went to London a couple of years ago. Really enjoyed it, however there were thousands of people there very early in the evening and you couldn't get near the side of the river from about 7 PM onwards. It's a long wait for 10 minutes of fireworks!

I've heard they are charging for the Fireworks this year in London So for me, a trip to the local, which is only about 600 yards from the cottage so well within staggering distance! And then packing for a holiday in Sharm with the Russian Fiancee and her daughter. It's only 28 degrees out there at the moment  SDV8 AB MY 2019
