Putting chains on does require a bit of practice..... Have done it a few times, most notibly when out with the caravan in the e39 Bmw. 6" of snow overnight no grit, just put on the chains and drove home....with folks skidding all around in fwd cars and a nice steepish hill to get out of the valley! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
