ZF 8HP70 flush: particular technique? | |
Hi Gang and transmission specialists,
MY 2012 4.4L TDV8 will get a full flush soon ("full flush" as in they plug to the transmission fluid circuit and inject more oil that it contains, replacing 100% or the old oil). They willof course fit a new ZF filter.
The company that does it mainly does german saloon but is a ZF retailer. They have not this procedure yet on a 4.4L TDV8 L322, (they did my 4.4L Petrol one and many Sports, Disco and so on of course, being a ZF official dealer)
Anyway, before I go there to get it flushed, I would like to know if there is a particular technique to replace the filter (i.e. lift the engine à la RRS and Disco 3/4? or any thing I should know/tell them?
Thanks in advance lads. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l
