A Little Knowledge is Dangerous...

Chaps,

After 4 days of ownership I feel like a fully fledged member as I've had to reset my first error code Rolling Eyes

ABS ECU - U1A4A Invalid data received from differential control module rear.

Reset the fault then went for a 30 minute drive, rechecked & no faults present.

So...

What does that mean then?! Embarassed

Was it a valid code or a historic code?

Wife was driving the car today & an ABS warning came up.

When I got to the car tonight there weren't any current alarms showing on the dash.

I think certain "visual alarms" that appear on the dashboard clear after the car has been started several times. Even though the actual fault still appears on a test box. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE
